上課規定
 上課規定
  1. 課程時間排定後,請學員按排定時間準時上課。
  2. 個人班上課遲到時,當天課程最多延長10分鐘,2人以上班級課程則無法延長,且當日課程時數仍以已排定之一回課程計算。
  3. 若需請假或更改上課時間時,最晚請於該回上課的前一天向櫻橋櫃台請假,自行向任課老師請假或當天請假或該回上課時間開始後才請假皆不予受理,該回課程仍須計算一次課程回數。
  4. 請假須以全班方式向櫻橋櫃台請假才可將該回課程暫停1次並往後順延(1期課程只能順延2次)。若未以全班方式請假則該請假學員須自行吸收1次課程費用。
  5. 若全班更改其他時間上課必須先與櫻橋櫃台商量協調任課老師時間後由本班訂定更改上課時間,且須在該期的最後上課期限內上完該期課程回數。
  6. 遇有天災(如颱風)時,將配合地方政府宣布而決定是否停課。
 Class rules
  1. After the course time is scheduled, students should be online on time according to their scheduled time.
  2. If you are late to class, the course could be extended for a maximum of 10 minutes on the same day, and the classes with two and more students couldn’t extend
  3. the class time and also the number of course hours of the day will be counted as one class session.
  4. If changing class time or an absence is needed, please tell our counter staff directly, you need to tell us one day in advance, if you tell the teacher instead of notifying us or telling us after the class has started, these actions would not be accepted as completing the procedure of changing the class time or notifying us the absence, and it still needs to be counted as one session.
  5. Notifying us absence need to be in the whole class form to tell our counter staff, so that that class could be suspend and be postponed. (You can postpone the class two times in one semester) If you do not ask for absent as a whole class, the student who was absent needs to absorb the class’s tuition for that class.
  6. If changing class time is needed, please tell our counter staff directly, and we will negotiate the students’ and teachers’ time, and the new class time will be set up by us, and the number of classes need to be finished before the dateline of that semester.
  7. If meeting natural disasters (typhoon etc.), we will cooperate with local governments announcement to decide to cancel the class or not.
