受講に関する規定
- 授業の日程が決まったら、その日程通りのリモート授業にアクセスしてください。
- 1対1のリモート授業に遅刻した場合、当日の授業の延長時間は10分間までとし、受講者が2人以上なら延長を致しかねます。なお、実際の受講時数に関係なく当日の受講時数を所定の1回分として計上されます。
- お休みになったり授業時間を変更される場合、受講予定日の前日までに桜橋の受付にその旨をお伝えください(台湾時間)。受付を通さずに先生にだけ休みを取ったり、授業当日になってまたは授業開始時間を過ぎてから休みをお取りになったりすることは一切受理されません。なお、該当課程は1回受講したと計上されます。
- クラス全員で正式に桜橋の受付に休講申請を出した場合のみ該当回を順延させることができます(１期の課程につき2回までしか順延できません)。クラス全員で休まなかった場合は、お休みになる受講者が該当回の授業料を自己負担することとなります。
- クラス全員で授業を他の時間に変更する場合は必ず桜橋の受付を通して担任講師の時間を調整した上で当校からお伝えした日時にご受講いただくことになります。なお、当校が設定した該当タームの所定期間以内に全回数を受講しなければなりません。ご了承ください。
- 当校の所在地で自然災害があった場合（台風など）、担任講師のインターネット環境を確認した上で休講するかどうかを決めさせていただきます。
Class Rules
- After the course time is scheduled, students should be online on time according to their scheduled time.
- If you are late online, the course is extended for a maximum of 10 minutes on the same day, and the classes with two and more students couldn’t extend the class time and also the number of course hours of the day will be counted.
- If an absence or class time change is needed please notify us before the class starts ( time in Taiwan); if you tell the teacher instead of notifying us or telling us after the class has started, these actions would not be accepted as completing the procedure of changing the class time or notifying us the absence, the class will still be counted as one session.
- Notifying us absence need to be in the whole class form to tell our counter staff, so that that class could be suspend and be postponed. (You can only postpone the class two times in one semester) If you do not ask for absent as a whole class, the student who was absent needs to absorb the class’s tuition for that class.
- If changing class time is needed, please tell our counter staff directly, and we will negotiate the students’ and teachers’ time, and the new class time will be set up by us, and the number of classes need to be finished before the dateline of that semester.
- If the location where Sakurabashi language school is meet natural disasters (typhoon etc.), we will first check the internet condition of the place to go online and negotiate with the teacher to decide whether to cancel the class or not.
